A radiography placement abroad is a clinical placement you undertake in the radiography department of a low-resource hospital in the developing world. We cater to radiotherapists too.

You’ll see exactly how different a healthcare system in another country can be. What’s more you’ll get all sorts of experience with practices and conditions you’ve never seen.

You choose the destination you want to travel to, then tell us about your clinical interests. We’ll then completely customise your radiography placement to suit you.

You’ll help scan and diagnose unfamiliar conditions, see how sociocultural factors affect the manner in which local staff go about their practice, and learn techniques like developing X-rays on film.
