Being a student children’s nurse it was vital that I could spend all my clinical time in children’s departments and Work the World ensured that this was possible.

My School of Nursing recommended travelling with WTW as previous students had done so and had good experiences with the company.

I just knew that a placement in Ghana would allow me to experience pharmacy practice in a whole new way and give me a better understanding and appreciation of the profession throughout the world.

I was also given the amazing opportunity to witness three births, one of which being twins which was very exciting.

Breakfast and dinner is cooked by Ophelia which is incredible!! There is something for everyone, whether you are vegetarian or the pickiest of eaters she will cater for you.
